A reputation that defends itself.

Waymail watches every workspace's bounce and complaint rates against Amazon's own thresholds and acts before Amazon does: a warning, then a daily cap that keeps password resets flowing, then a pause. Hard bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically, and every domain's DNS health is checked every ten minutes.

One workspace, one region chosen once, fixed after
  • API, queues, database, message bodies, keys and logs all live in the workspace's region
  • Never failed over to another region; no global router sees a body on the way
  • Retention you set: bodies for 7 to 90 days or not at all, history for 30 days to 13 months

Data residency

A workspace belongs to one region, permanently, and everything that touches a message stays there. Our Terms carry the GDPR Article 28 processing terms, and the data processing agreement is public.

We say this carefully. Your data stays in your region until it is handed to the recipient's mail provider. Where Gmail or Outlook process it after that is their decision, so we don't claim otherwise.
